Terms of Service

Last updated: July 22, 2026

Welcome to AIOneFrame. We have written these Terms of Service in plain English so you actually understand what you are agreeing to. By visiting or using our website at aioneframe.com, you agree to these terms. If something is unclear or you have questions, please reach out to us before using the platform.

These terms form a legal agreement between you (the visitor or registered user) and AIOneFrame. They cover everything from how you can use our directory and blog to what happens if something goes wrong. We update them occasionally as the platform grows, so it is worth revisiting this page from time to time.

1. Who We Are

AIOneFrame is an independent AI tools directory and comparison platform. We are not affiliated with any of the tools we list. Our goal is straightforward: save you time by bringing together the best AI-powered software in one place, so you can find what you need without trawling through dozens of websites. We cover tools for writing, design, coding, video, audio, productivity, marketing, customer support, and a whole lot more.

We run a small editorial team that reviews tool submissions, writes comparisons, and maintains the quality of listings. We use a combination of human curation and automated discovery to keep the directory fresh and up to date.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By browsing AIOneFrame, creating an account, submitting a tool, or leaving a review, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you are at least 16 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are under that age.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, the right thing to do is not to use our platform. We would rather you knew what you were signing up for than felt surprised later.

3. What AIOneFrame Offers

Our platform is a curated directory and comparison resource for AI tools. Here is what you can currently do on AIOneFrame:

  • Browse and search the directory - Filter by category, pricing model, use case, or keyword to find tools that fit your needs.
  • Read tool descriptions and comparisons - Each listing includes a description, feature highlights, pricing overview, pros and cons, and where possible a video walkthrough.
  • Leave and read reviews - Registered users can rate tools and write short reviews based on their own experience.
  • Compare tools side by side - Our comparison feature lets you put two tools next to each other to see the differences clearly.
  • Read blog content - We publish guides, roundups, and explainers about AI tools and trends.
  • Submit tools for listing - Developers and vendors can request that their tool be added to the directory.
  • Subscribe to our newsletter - Get updates about new tools, features, and content delivered to your inbox.

We reserve the right to add, remove, or change features at any time. If a major change affects how you use the platform, we will do our best to let you know in advance.

4. Creating an Account

You do not need an account to browse AIOneFrame, but you will need one to submit tools or write reviews. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide your real name and a valid email address
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with anyone
  • Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission
  • Take responsibility for everything done through your account, whether or not you were the one who did it

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these terms, post spam, submit fake reviews, or engage in any activity that harms the platform or other users.

5. Submitting AI Tools

We welcome genuine submissions from developers, product teams, and AI enthusiasts who want their tool included in our directory. It is completely free to submit a tool for consideration. When you submit a tool, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to submit the information (either because you built the tool or have permission from the team who did)
  • Everything you have written is accurate, complete, and not misleading
  • The tool is real, publicly accessible (or clearly described as in beta/waitlist), and does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • You will let us know if material details about the tool change significantly after it is listed

All submissions go through a review process before they appear on the site. We may edit descriptions for clarity or length, reassign category tags, or decline to list a tool if it does not meet our editorial standards. We do not guarantee that every submitted tool will be approved.

We reserve the right to remove or delist any tool at any time - for example if it shuts down, becomes misleading, or no longer meets our quality bar.

6. User Reviews and Content

When you post a review or any other content on AIOneFrame, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform and in our marketing materials. You keep ownership of what you write, but you give us permission to show it.

You agree that any review or comment you post will be:

  • Based on your honest, genuine experience with the tool
  • Free from spam, promotional language, or paid-for content that is not clearly disclosed
  • Respectful - no hate speech, harassment, or personal attacks
  • Not infringing on anyone else's copyright or intellectual property

We moderate reviews and reserve the right to edit or remove any content that violates these standards. If you see a review you believe is fake or misleading, please use the report function or email us.

7. Our Intellectual Property

Everything we have created on AIOneFrame - including the logo, original written content, comparison frameworks, design elements, and the structure of the directory - belongs to AIOneFrame and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are welcome to quote short excerpts from our content (with attribution and a link back to the original page), share links to our pages, and reference our ratings or comparisons in discussions. What you cannot do without our written permission:

  • Copy large sections of our content and republish them elsewhere
  • Scrape or bulk-download our tool database for commercial use
  • Use our logo, name, or brand elements in a way that implies endorsement
  • Build a competing directory using our data

8. Accuracy of Information

We put real effort into making sure the information in our directory is accurate and up to date. But the AI tools space moves incredibly fast - pricing changes, features get added or removed, and sometimes products shut down entirely. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that every listing is perfectly current at all times.

Always verify pricing, feature availability, and terms directly with the tool vendor before making a purchase decision. If you spot an error in any of our listings, please report it through our contact form and we will fix it as quickly as we can.

9. Affiliate Links and Sponsorships

We believe in full transparency about how we make money. AIOneFrame may earn a commission when you click through to a tool and make a purchase. These are affiliate relationships, and they help us keep the directory free for everyone.

A few things we want you to know:

  • Affiliate relationships do not affect which tools we list or how we rank them
  • Sponsored or featured listings are clearly marked as such
  • Our editorial reviews reflect our genuine assessment of each tool
  • Affiliate commissions never come out of your pocket - the price you pay is always the same

10. Things You Should Not Do

To keep AIOneFrame fair and useful for everyone, we ask that you do not:

  • Use automated bots or scrapers to harvest content from our site
  • Try to manipulate tool ratings or game the ranking system
  • Submit fake tools or tools with fabricated details
  • Post fake reviews - whether glowing reviews of your own product or negative reviews of a competitor
  • Attempt to access any part of the site that you are not authorised to access
  • Use the platform in any way that could harm other users, the tools listed, or AIOneFrame itself

11. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep AIOneFrame running smoothly and accurately, but we cannot promise that the platform will always be available or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIOneFrame and its team will not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of our platform
  • Decisions you make based on tool listings, reviews, or comparisons on our site
  • Your experience with any third-party AI tool you discover through AIOneFrame
  • Temporary unavailability of the site due to maintenance or technical issues

12. External Links

Our directory links out to hundreds of third-party AI tools and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those external websites. Clicking a link from AIOneFrame takes you to a separate site with its own terms and policies.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as the platform evolves. When we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. For major changes that affect your rights, we will also try to notify registered users by email. Continuing to use AIOneFrame after an update means you accept the new terms.

If you ever disagree with an update, please stop using the platform and reach out to us - we are always open to hearing your concerns.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled through the courts of Australia unless we agree to resolve them another way.
